The best thing about this hotel is the neighborhood it is located in. There are plenty of good restaurants and a subway station nearby. It is situated just off Manhattan Avenue, a short walking distance from the Greenpoint subway station. the area also has lots of good bars and restaurants. The hotel is very clean and provided exactly what I needed - a bed and a place to shower. Cons: Didn't dislike anything about the property. 😊.

good price/quality ratio; clean; has a small pool and a good gym
bad internet on the 3rd floor; no elevator - it's hard to lift a suitcase to the 3rd floor.

The location of this place is great, with easy access to Fulton Street station, a variety of restaurants close by, and even a police station right across the street for added security. The rooms may not be fancy, but they are clean and equipped with air conditioning. The front desk staff is friendly and helpful, making your stay more enjoyable.
The bathrooms are shared and lack privacy.

The location of the hotel was great, with easy access to the subway and nearby attractions. The price was also affordable, allowing me to save money for other activities. Additionally, the breakfast included in the price was delicious and offered a variety of options to choose from.
The cleanliness of the hotel was not up to par, with issues like cockroaches in the rooms and a bathroom that smelled like urine. The Wi-Fi service was also unreliable and the advertised "free" breakfast turned out to have a cost.

The hotel offers great value for money, as I paid a reasonable rate for a deluxe room for six nights. The room was comfortable, with amenities like air conditioning and lamps. The hotel's location is very convenient, situated just off Manhattan Avenue and only three blocks from the Greenpoint subway station. Additionally, the hotel is located between two subway stations, making it easy to explore the city. I also appreciated that the hotel is located across the street from a police station, which adds an extra sense of security.
All was satisfactory, nothing to improve.

The complimentary coupons for breakfast at a nearby diner were a nice touch and saved us some money. The location was great, right near a police station and close to plenty of shops and restaurants. We also enjoyed the gym facilities provided.
The rooms were very outdated and in need of maintenance. The cleanliness was not great, with stains on the sheets and some areas of the room being overlooked by housekeeping.
